Do you rent to the general public?
No, our inventory is only available for rental to studio film and television productions and commercials.
I have never rented from you before. What should I do?

Is your entire Set Dec and Props inventory online?
No, but we update the inventory on our site on a regular basis. Please have a look in our "New Arrivals" section and make sure you check back often.
Why isn't your Wardrobe inventory online?
We currently have over 150,000 individual items in our wardrobe department which unfortunately is too many for us to represent properly on our website.
Can I place items on hold through your website?
Unfortunately no, but we do have a Set List function that allows you to create and save a list of all of the items you need. Plus it will keep track of how much your order will cost.
How long can I hold items for?
For studio productions and commercials, items may be tagged and held at VP&C for a maximum of 10 business days. For our other customers, the items may be tagged and held for a maximum of 5 business days.
Are your photos accurate?
Our stock photos may not accurately depict the item in its current condition. We recommend that our colleagues in the film industry come in person, to view the inventory.
Can I make modifications to a rental item such as repainting?
Rental items may not be modified in any way without expressed prior permission from our manager. Any items altered without permission will be subject to damage, labour or full replacement costs.
Do you offer delivery?
No. All customers are responsible for their own transportation of the goods. The production must bring adequate personnel for pick-up and returns as well as appropriate transportation and transit protection, such as straps and blankets.
